New Canisius College Graduates Devote Year to Service
Seven members of the Canisius College Class of 2020 have committed to a year of post-graduate service work. The students will dedicate the coming year to living simply, working for social justice and serving those who live on the margins of society with such organizations as AmeriCorps and the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.

Canisius College Students Learn About Sustainability and Justice in Erie, PA
Ten Canisius College students participated in a weeklong service-immersion in Erie, PA, during the college's Winter Service Week (WSW) in early January, 2020. The students stayed at the monastery of the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, a group of Catholic, religious women who commit their lives to presence and witness by working for sustainability and justice. Students experienced the Sisters' daily life of prayer and participated each day in their ministries throughout the city.
